The Withdrawal is being made in accordance with a permitted use of such monies <br />pursuant to the Acquisition Agreement, and the Withdrawal is not being made for the purpose of <br />reinvestment. <br />2. None of the items for which payment is requested have been reimbursed previously from <br />other sources of funds. <br />3. If the Withdrawal Amount is greater than the funds held in the [Developer] Acquisition <br />Account, the SCIP Program Administrator is authorized to amend the amount requested to be <br />equal to the amount of such funds. <br />4.
