CITY COUNCILMEMBER COMMENTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Bacerra expressed appreciation of his colleagues and <br />adjournment of meeting in honor of Gerald Carr. Reminded everyone to complete <br />their 2020 Census. <br /> <br />Councilmember Mendoza spoke regarding the rolling blackouts that have been <br />affecting the county due to the extreme temperatures and wished City Manager <br />Kristine Ridge a happy birthday. <br /> <br />Councilmember Penaloza spoke regarding his participation on a virtual meeting <br />on public safety and economic development during and post COVID-19 along with <br />his participation on the Transportation Corridor Agency (TCA).
