<br />Mr Buhamdan is an office manager and a licensed civil engineer (PE) in
<br />the State of California with substantial experience in performing
<br />geotechnical investigations, engineering design, and project
<br />management. These projects included various educational and
<br />commercial buildings, renewable energy facilities, retail centers,
<br />office/warehouse projects, street improvements, industrial facilities, and
<br />public works projects.
<br />Engineering experience includes hundreds of projects involving shallow
<br />and deep foundations design, settlement and slope stability analysis,
<br />pavement design, geologic hazards analysis preparation of project
<br />proposals and geotechnical engineering reports,and construction
<br />management.
<br />Higher education includes a Master of Science degree of Civil
<br />Engineering from California State University. Professional licenses
<br />include a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate.
<br />Management duties include overseeing projects budget and schedule,
<br />managing client's expectations, business development, and supervising
