He has been involved in the <br />hydraulic analysis and design of numerous water recharge and flood <br />control projects in San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles, <br />San Diego, Kern and Ventura Counties. <br />Fullerton Road Grade Separation*, Industry, CA, (Task Manager) <br />Roger managed a task for the preparation of plans, reports and <br />supporting technical studies for the storm drain and water quality <br />portions of this $140 million grade separation project that will lower <br />Fullerton Road under the existing Union Pacific Railroad tracks <br />in the City of Industry, and unincorporated area of Los Angeles <br />County, between Rowland Street and State Route 60. Plans call for <br />constructing a six -lane roadway underpass on Fullerton Road with <br />retaining walls and a new railroad bridge. <br />Tustin Avenue and Rose Drive Grade Separation Project*, Orange <br />County, CA (Drainage Task Manager) <br />Roger managed a drainage task for the preparation plans, reports <br />and supporting technical studies for the storm drain and water quality <br />portions of OCTAs Tustin Avenue Grade Separation project. Services <br />included the completion of the plans for a 65% level submittal, a draft <br />100% level submittal, and a final 100% level submittal; incorporation <br />of the Tustin/Rose Grade Separation Quality Management System <br />Manual (QMS Manual) procedures, and the incorporation of OCTAs <br />comments at 65% and draft 100% level submittals; and processing of <br />the plans and their supporting studies with the Orange County Flood <br />Control District (OCFCD) for the portion of the Project that would <br />impact the existing Atwood Channel that is owned by OCFCD. <br />San Diego International Airport - Rental Car Center (RCC) Bus <br />Parking Storage Facility (CIP# 104181)*, San Diego, CA (Drainage/ <br />Water Quality Task Manager) <br />Roger was the drainage/water quality task manager for the design <br />of the RCC Bus Parking Facility and Rental Car Overflow Parking. <br />The project provided a vehicle storage parking lot and a 4,600 SF <br />Driver Break Building which will be shared with the Taxi Hold/Shuttle <br />Van Lot. The project required roadway and parking lot improvements, <br />installation of gates and card readers at the parking lot entrance and <br />exit architectural/structural design for the building, utilities, parking <br />lot lighting, and landscaping and irrigation.
