("Consultant") <br />Version 2.0 September 19, 2020 <br />This SOW No. SIE-COSA2020.0001 is made by and between the City of Santa Ana (CoSA) and Siemens <br />Industry, Inc. (Siemensâ–º. CoSA and Siemens are sometimes in this SOW referred to individually as a <br />"Party" and collectively as the "Parties." <br />This SOW No. SIE-CoSA2020-0001 is governed by the relevant Purchase Order ("PO") or Change Order <br />("CO") and the Master Agreement or the terms and conditions as Incorporated by reference in the <br />applicable Purchase Order (the "Agreement"), between the Parties,. All terms not otherwise defined in <br />this SOW shall have the same meanings ascribed to them In the Agreement or the terms and conditions <br />as listed in the relevant Purchase order. <br />1. Overview: <br />CoSA seeks upgrades to the existing security infrastructure at multiple locations across the City. Security <br />Upgrades predominantly include additional FIDTV video security cameras, communication devices, <br />infrastructure, power supplies, wireless radios, mounting hardware and electrical conduit and software. <br />Siemens supports the City with maintenance and repair of these systems and it Is assumed all described <br />work shall connect to the CoSA city-wide surveillance and security platform. This SOW shall include the <br />following individual system additions that are delineated for budgeting and approval purposes: <br />1. City Yard Security- Installation of video security cameras and connectivity infrastructure at the <br />CoSA City Yard. Cameras are exterior located with wireless, fiber-optic and copper <br />communications. Software and video server+ storage has been included in base bid. <br />$173,a70.00 <br />2. Santa Ana Regional Transit Center(SARTC)- replacement of legacy (end of life and support) <br />video management software, servers, and storage. Siemens to replace with City standard <br />Milestone Corporate Xprotect and connect to City networks. No additional cameras have been <br />provided In base bid. $ 77,384,00 <br />3. New Hope Library- Installation of anew video security system for the library, Coverageto <br />include indoor and outdoor surveillance. $ 49,948.00 <br />
