Sustainable business practices: <br />a. Gym membership <br />Savage Valley LLC understands that a healthy workforce is a positive attribute to both the <br />company's success and the workers well- being. In effort to encourage a healthy lifestyle we will <br />provide free gym membershipsto all employees to stayfit. We are also working with a yoga <br />instructor and a meditation leaderfor group sessions during the workday to minimize stress and <br />help strengthen the immune systems of ouremployees. <br />b, Paid sick leave <br />Our companysickleave policy outlines our company's provislonsfor employeeswho become <br />sick and need to be absentfrom work. Due to C©VID-19 we are giving emergency paid leave to <br />those that are affected alongwith their regularly paid sick time. When employees wantto use <br />their sick time, theyshould notify theirsupervisoras soon as possible eitherthrough email or <br />phone. They should also inform the supervisorfor how long they'll be absent (if possible) or <br />reportdaily foreverydayof sick leave. <br />e. Local charitable donations: <br />We are willing to donate $30,000 a nnually to local charity. <br />d. Public transportation reimbursement program foremployees <br />All employees will be encouraged to carpool and utilize public transportation to and from work. <br />The employees will receive full reimbursement forexpenses incurred utilizing public <br />transportation. <br />e. Green building practices - <br />The company will be installing solar as soon as practicable. We will follow the best practices for <br />al I potentialgreen practices. <br />4. Youth program and youth education donations ( Kidworks, etc.) As a companywe like to give back to <br />our community. Here are a few things we have contributed to ove rthe years. <br />
