STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS D. UNDERSTANDING OF NEED <br />d. Proposal shall include an outline which demonstrates the firm's understanding of the work. <br />This outline should include anticipated approach, tasks necessary for successful completion, <br />deliverables, and suggestions or special concerns that the City should be made aware of. <br />Identify any assumptions and/or exclusions used in preparation of the scope of work and <br />associated fee estimate. <br />Understandinq of Deed <br />We understand that the scope may include <br />providing on -call, as needed services to any of <br />the City facilities including architectural, space <br />planning, structural, construction management, <br />mechanical and electrical engineering, ADA <br />survey, and move management services. We <br />also understand that we may be asked to provide <br />professional services on specific, project -by - <br />project basis, based on an agreed -upon scope of <br />services and fees along with consultant services <br />on an as -needed basis. In addition, all proposals, <br />plans, drawings, specifications, estimates, grant <br />applications, and/or studies will be subject to the <br />final approval and satisfaction of the City. <br />Corgan and our subconsultant engineers are <br />licensed and legally qualified in the State of <br />California to practice the work that may be required <br />an on -call, as needed basis. Corgan has the <br />necessary qualifications and experience to provide <br />space planning, architectural, and engineering <br />consulting services to the City and may involve all <br />of some of the phases of the project development <br />and shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, <br />the following activities as described in the RFP. <br />■ Site Analysis <br />■ Conceptual Layouts/Space Planning <br />■ Permits/City Approvals (City as regulatory <br />agency) <br />■ Architectural, interior design, and engineering <br />— Schematic Design <br />— Design Development <br />— Construction Documents <br />■ Post Design Services <br />S:7rrIIT <br />— Construction Management <br />— Move Management Services <br />■ Special Services <br />— Complete the State of California ADA <br />surveys. <br />— Provide value engineering services upon <br />request. <br />— Complete LEED Certification <br />documentation upon request. <br />— Fully understand City's vision for each <br />on -call project, both in terms of objective <br />and subjective goals.
