SRP Administration Building <br />PROJECT STATS <br />YEAR <br />COMPLETED <br />2020 <br />CLIENT <br />Mortenson <br />Construction <br />REFERENCE <br />Devin Hunsaker <br />Senior Project <br />Manager <br />480 339 7864 <br />Visual elements <br />provide a healthy <br />lifestyle for <br />employees. <br />This existing building, SRP <br />Corporate Headquarters will be <br />completely, renovated while the <br />building remains occupied with <br />over 1,200 employees. Sixty-four <br />departments will be relocated <br />to improve adjacencies and to <br />simplify department work -space <br />layouts, building circulation and <br />aesthetics. New huddle spaces, <br />break rooms, conference, <br />building security, and building <br />support spaces will be key <br />design features, as well as <br />swing space for future building <br />demands and growth. <br />The total project square footage <br />will be 440,783 and includes <br />the existing building renovation <br />(324,719 square feet), and <br />building expansion of a five - <br />story, mid -rise infill building and <br />a three-story replacement and <br />addition. Other pre -enabling <br />projects on the PAB campus that <br />have already been completed <br />include: A complete gut and <br />remodel of the three level <br />64,000-square-foot Credit Union <br />Building (CUB); a new three-story <br />800+ car parking garage; and a <br />new fleet maintenance garage. <br />14 OONGAN <br />25G-199 <br />
