City of Chandler Public Safety Training Center <br />1 <br />PROJECT STATS <br />YEAR COMPLETED <br />2017 <br />CLIENT <br />City of Chandler <br />REFERENCE <br />Rick Rehfeldt <br />Senior Architect <br />602 331 4141 <br />} <br />New, phased public <br />safety training <br />campus. <br />Designed as one primary building <br />complex and fire support building, <br />rather than multiple stand alone <br />buildings, this project focused <br />on supporting the police and fire <br />training efforts, where various <br />means of communication <br />and practical application are <br />employed, to equip trainees with <br />the skills to do their jobs safely <br />and effectively. Site and building <br />layouts and circulation are <br />supported by low-tech/high-touch <br />and high-tech communication <br />and applications. These include <br />collaborative meeting and <br />classroom spaces, effective <br />I -I <br />large audience audio/visual <br />presentations, high tech firearms <br />simulation training, hands on <br />defensive tactics training and live <br />fire weapons training. <br />25G-206 - 21 <br />
