STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS <br />2. Proposal shall include a general Scope of <br />Services and general Schedule which <br />details the work phases to be completed, the <br />tasks to be accomplished, the deliverables <br />to be provided, and the schedule / timeline to <br />complete the project, based upon the <br />requested Scope of Work detailed in <br />Attachment 1 of this RFP. <br />Architectural/Interior Design Services <br />Corgan includes all services required to complete <br />the scope of work as part of our basic services. We <br />typically negotiate a contract with the client that <br />includes a complete team. This allows the client to <br />hold one contract for the entire scope of the project <br />and promotes continuity, confirming responsibilities <br />are clearly and contractually identified.
