SVA V `—70NNEL <br />SVAArchitects has the resources of over 50 professional staff members to provide all necessary and required <br />architectural and planning services to the City. Moreover, SVA has the staffing resources to accommodate <br />and respond to any magnitude of schedule change; depending on project phase, we will assign additional <br />staff accordingly and ask our consultants to do the same. <br />Daniel Ruiz <br />JOB CAPTAIN <br />Mr. Ruiz has worked on a variety of civic, educational, residential, and mixed -use <br />developments throughout his career. He specializes in the oversight of design <br />drawings from the development phase through construction completion. As Job <br />Captain, he will be responsible for supporting all aspects of project document <br />development and coordinating with all project team members to maintain the quality <br />of the work product within the established project schedule. He received his Bachelor <br />of Architecture from the University of Southern California. <br />ROBERT PULEO, ASSOCIATE IIDA <br />DIRECTOR OF INTERIORS <br />Mr. Puleo has close to 30 years of professional experience in functional space <br />planning, overall facility utilization and layout studies, interior design and project <br />management. He is especially accomplished in building requirements programming, <br />existing facility evaluation studies, building renovation and relocation, floor area <br />analysis and space layout planning. He can also provide FF&E services if needed for <br />the assignment. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from University of Arizona. <br />DAVID FORMAN, AIA <br />DIRECTOR OF QUALITY ASSURANCE & QUALITY CONTROL <br />Mr. Forman has proven himself to be a versatile project architect particularly <br />knowledgeable in technical and design areas. He will define and manage the QA/ <br />QC procedures, manage risk analysis and resource planning, and take an active role <br />in process inspection and improvement. Mr. Forman's career has been marked by <br />his ability to produce award -winning projects on time and on budget. He received his <br />Bachelor of Architecture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. <br />JUDYCHENG, MBA, LEEDAP <br />Principal I PROJECT COORDINATOR <br />Ms. Cheng will be the Project Coordinator assigned to these projects. Judy has <br />been a major part of the firm's success, having joined SVA over 15 years ago. <br />She has been involved with all phases of projects from schematics to construction <br />administration for various institutional projects. Her recent projects include those for <br />Orange County Public Works and City of Irvine.
