MENINa9TAu■9Y•11101EW NIN191[4li <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE PUBLIC WORKS VARIOUS PROJECTS (ON -CALL), ORANGE COUNTY, CA <br />SVA has or is currently providing services for Orange County Public <br />Works on several different projects. The projects vary in scope from an <br />amphitheater seating remodel to a park shelter replacement to a harbor <br />revitalization master plan. These projects prioritize community needs and <br />reflect SVA's commitment to enduring and healthy public spaces. A partial <br />list of projects are listed below: <br />1. Mile Square Park Shelter #3 Replacement <br />The picnic shelter #3 replaces a group of old and rotting wood shelters, <br />picnic tables, service counters with sink, and BBQ grills. <br />2. Carbon Canyon Amphitheater Remodel <br />The project includes new seating for 500-600 people, a covered staging <br />area about the same size as the current pad, lighting and power at the <br />stage. <br />3. Dana Point Harbor Revitalization <br />This master plan project provides an essential revitalization of the Dana <br />Point Harbor Commercial Core, a vibrant and lively area. <br />4. Craig's Park Sports Complex Update <br />This project is to remove and replace approximately 2,555 SF of existing <br />wooden lattice structure. <br />5. Yorba Maintenance Building Remodel <br />The project includes the renovation of the existing Maintenance Yard <br />Operations Office. <br />6. Mile Square Park Maintenance Building Expansion <br />This project included the expansion of the existing Maintenance Yard <br />Office/Building at Miles Square Park. <br />7. Rancho Santa Margarita Library Remodel <br />This project is still in the contracting phase, but will include the remodel of <br />the Rancho Santa Margarita Library, giving it a modern look. <br />8.
