Jasmine was the Project <br />Renovation Library <br />• 2018 LA Conservancy Interior Designer for the Construction Administration Phase of the iconic, 90,000- <br />Preservation Awards SF existing Brutalist concrete building designed by Welton Beckett Associates and <br />opened in 1973. The renovation was carefully designed to improve function and <br />flexibility of the space while revising how one enters the building including moving <br />the entrance from the east to a set of dual entries on the north and South. The library <br />was seismically upgraded and modernized. Gruen Associates' design worked to <br />acknowledge changes while preserving the library's eligibility for historic designation <br />on local and state lists. <br />Plaza La Reina, Los Angeles, CA Jasmine was the Project Interior Designer for <br />the 44-unit, five -story, residential and long -term -stay hotel. Located on Lindbrook <br />Drive at the eastern edge of Westwood Village near the UCLA campus, the private <br />development will serve nearby academic and business communities. The project <br />was developed by Indlvest Gruen Associates was the Architect-cf-Record for the <br />design by Moule & Polyzoides with Bemards as the General Contractor. <br />Santa Monica Gateway, Santa Monica, CA. Jasmine was the Project Coordinator <br />for Construction Administration Phase services for the Santa Monica Gateway Class <br />'A' office project located at 2834 Col-orado Avenue in Santa Monica, California.
