As part of a team of planners, urban designers and <br />48th Annual Los Angeles <br />architects, Dean is preparing landscape design concepts to support the station <br />Architectural Awards, Los <br />area vision Gruen Associates' planners and architects are developing for proposed <br />Angeles Business Council <br />stations at Norwalk/Santa Fe Springs, Fullerton and Anaheim. The goal will be to <br />Glendale Central Library <br />develop 15% design plans that closely integrate bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure, <br />Renovation <br />local transit connections and parking options, while developing iconic station designs <br />• 2018 LA Conservancy <br />that include retail and passenger amenities. Gruen <br />Achievement Award, western <br />Council of Construction <br />Associates was part of a multi -disci Ilna team for the $20 million Design -Build <br />Pa P ry <br />Consumers <br />project. Dean was the Landscape Architect for the project and worked closely <br />• 2015 Innovative Solutions <br />with the design team.
