Lomeli, <br />We are pleased to forward to you our statement of qualifications for the Space Planning and Architectural <br />Consulting Services (RFP No. 20-040) for the City of Santa Ana. <br />Our work experience involves collaboration with Municipal and Water District agencies on a broad range <br />of projects in complexity, scope of work, and size: <br />• We specialize in the providing services for new ground -up and rehabilitation of public buildings, <br />police and fire training facilities, Civic Centers, educational facilities, public works facilities, water <br />districts from conceptual design through to project move -in. <br />• We believe sustainability and life cycle cost efficiencies as a cornerstone of our work. Our goals <br />are to develop the optimum balance of comfort, ease of maintenance, and cost efficiency for <br />your future facility. <br />• Our skills and the experience encompass working with helping the City to visualize their future <br />facility as the design develops. We are able to generate 3-d conceptual models, and clear <br />graphics that communicate a project's intention at the earliest stages. <br />We believe our experience, size, flexibility, and range of skills will be ideal to suit the City's needs. (GPo) is a full -service Architectural and Interior Design firm with over thirty <br />years of experience serving Cities, Water District, and various Public Agencies throughout California.
