FIRM AND TEAM EXPERIENCE <br />Cap Architecture Inc is an architectural firm with extensive experience in producing design and <br />construction documents for tenant improvements and associated services. The majority of our projects <br />are within existing structures and so our services are more tailored and unique to the challenges that <br />come with the unknown. We are thorough in compiling existing documentation including field verification <br />of existing conditions and measurements, creation of construction documents to reflect known conditions <br />and allow for unseen solutions, and especially speedy resolution of RFIs and submittals. <br />We provide full turn -key services, some of which include: <br />• Survey, assessment and reporting of existing conditions. <br />• Comprehensive Design and Construction documents including specifications. <br />• Specific and custom detailing for unique conditions. <br />• Full support during construction including field reports, documentation and continuous liaison <br />with owner and contractor. <br />Cap Architecture has teamed with IMEG as our MEP consultant for this project.
