In this model, staff will engage youth <br />through the lens of adolescent development and <br />future opportunities. <br />Phase I of the project Includes replacing the girls' <br />rehabilitation facility and urban camp units with <br />a new 131,000 sf,128-bed urban camp facility. <br />This phase Includes community supervision <br />services, juvenile probation center, urban camp <br />setting, and consolidated detention for up to 350 <br />youth and probation administration. The design - <br />build project will also Include new parking Tots, <br />sltework, and a new central plant to serve future <br />phases of the replacement project.
