PROPOSAL <br />Space Planning and Architectural Consulting Services <br />RFP No. 20-040 <br />■ National Committee on Seismic Effects (NCSE) <br />■ Earthquake Engineering Research Institute (EERI) <br />■ Orange County Engineering Council (OCEC) <br />■ American Concrete Institute (ACI) <br />■ Sigma XI Honorary Society <br />■ Cornell Alumni Association <br />■ Listed in USA Who's Who in Science and Engineering, 1994-1995 <br />Relevant Project Experience <br />■ Alhambra Campus Tenant Improvement Building #2 and #3, Alhambra, CA: IDS is providing <br />architectural, structural, mechanical engineering (HVAC & plumbing) and electrical engineering for a <br />tenant improvement involving a corporate office and engineering lab in existing buildings. Area of work <br />in building 3 is 3,900 SF, and building 2 is 11,806 SF. <br />■ City of Azusa Light & Water Department, Azusa, CA: IDS provided architectural and engineering <br />design service for the remodeling of the building to improve the safety and security for its employees. <br />Scope of services include reconfiguration of an office supply and equipment storage room into an office <br />with four workstations, ADA upgrades, and interior finishes. <br />■ City of Irvine Workspace Relocation and Tenant Improvements, Irvine, CA: Project Principal for <br />the tenant improvement of the expansion and relocation of various departments in the City of Irvine <br />Civic Center. The project primarily focused on the expansion of the existing police department (Public <br />Safety) as a result of recent population growth within the city in the last few years. <br />■ John Wayne Airport I County of Orange Terminal Improvements Project, Santa Ana, CA: <br />Principal Architect. The Terminal Improvements Project consists of 31 distinct tasks of physical <br />improvements occurring in and around Terminals A, B, and C. Focus of the work was on Terminals A <br />and B, bringing them to the modern standard established in the nearly -new Terminal C. Project <br />included the creation of bridging documents for improvements to life -safety, which included re -zoning <br />the fire alarm system, redesign and modernization of selected customer dining areas and service <br />counters, complete replacement of the car rental service counter, and design services for the new <br />Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS) and Baggage Information Display Systems (BIDS). <br />■ CalOptima Tenant Improvements, Orange, CA: IDS was retained by the CalOptima to provide <br />architectural and engineering services for tenant improvement and modernization projects for <br />CalOptima's 10-story office building. IDS reviewed documents provided by the CalOptima, conducted <br />a visual inspection of the facilities, developed designs and construction documents for multiple projects, <br />and design for the installation of meeting audio system improvements. Our analysis included detailed <br />baseline Architect's Estimate of Probable Construction Cost (AEPCC).
