City of Santa Ana CDBG Scope of Work <br />Program Year 2020.2021 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021) <br />Name of Organization City of Santa Ana Parks Recreation and Community Services Agency <br />Name of Funded Program Memorial Park Restroom <br />Annual Accomplishment Goal <br />Program and Funding Description <br />Project Location: The Nleniorial :Park Restroom Replaccaent Project ("proposed project" or <br />'I)roject") is located at 2102 South Flower Street in the City of Santa Ann (Ci(y) in Orange County, <br />California 92707. Figure 1 illustrates the general locatio n of the proj ect site in the region and Figure 2 <br />shows the location of the project site in the community and surrounding uses. <br />Figure 3 includes a site plan, which depicts the general location of the existing restroom facility <br />within the approximately 17-acrepark. See Appendix A for Figures 1, 2, and 3. <br />Description of the Proposed Project [24 CFR 50.12 & 58.32; 40 CFR 1508,251: <br />The proposed project involves demolition and 1%placement of an existing restroom building within <br />Memorial Park. The new, prefabricated, and ADA-compliant restroom facility would be relocated <br />near the southern boundary of the park in order to promote visibility and prevent criminal activity. <br />The existing rostroom building would be demolished once the replacement facility has been <br />constructed and is fully operational. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
