The date of the last party to sign is <br />the "Effective Date." <br />This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for/until: 5 Years ("Initial Term"), At the end of the Initial <br />Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for an additional tern of 5 years ("Renewal Tenn").
