The Correction Period will be defined in the Detailed Project Plan. <br />Should the Customer require additional testing outside of SmartWorks' standard testing routines, such as <br />for Disaster Recovery, these can be brought into scope via Change Order. <br />In the event retesting is required by Customer, the User Acceptance Testing process will then be repeated. <br />Customer shall not unreasonably reject or fail to accept the Solution based on any Severity 3 issues, as <br />defined in the table below. <br />1 • <br />System Down (Software Application, Hardware, Operating System, <br />Database) <br />• <br />Program errors where there is no reasonable alternative available to <br />Customer to continue its business, operations or services utilizing <br />Software <br />• <br />Incorrect calculation errors impacting 10% of records <br />• <br />Error messages preventing data integration and update <br />• <br />Performance issues of severe nature impacting critical processes <br />• <br />Security Issues <br />2 • <br />f <br />Program errors where there is a reasonable alternative available to <br />Customer to continue its business, operations or services utilizing the <br />Software <br />• <br />Calculation errors impacting less than one-third of records <br />• <br />Reports calculation issues <br />• <br />Performance issues not impacting critical processes <br />• <br />Usability issues <br />• <br />Workstation connectivity issues (Workstation specific) <br />3 • <br />f <br />Training questions, how to, or implementing new processes <br />• <br />Aesthetic issues <br />• <br />Issues where there is a reasonable alternative available to Customer to <br />continue its business, operations or services utilizing the Software for a <br />large majority of the cases <br />• <br />Recommendations for enhancements or system changes <br />• <br />Questions on documentation <br />During the Acceptance Testing Period, Customer may in collaboration with SmartWorks, acting <br />reasonably, extend the Acceptance Testing Period, the Correction Period, and the Expected Solution <br />Acceptance Date (such that the extended Acceptance Testing Period shall expire on the revised Expected <br />City of Santa Ana—SmartWorks Statement of Work <br />25H-79 Page 72 <br />
