Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and <br />Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). <br />We believe public projects require the highest degree of regulatory, <br />management and certification expertise. Our management and senior <br />right-of-way personnel consist of Senior Right -of -Way Professionals <br />(SR/WA) with an established record delivering local projects for <br />public agencies as public and private sector personnel. In addition to <br />our experience we are communication experts who have established <br />effective working relationships with local public agencies. <br />Our firm's Project Manager/Broker, Michael Romo has provided <br />project management services for major local agencies including the <br />California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and Los Angeles <br />County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro), during his 25- <br />year career. Micole Alfaro, Acquisition/Relocation Manager brings <br />extensive experience contributing to the delivery of major public <br />projects throughout the Southern California region.
