WATER -RELATED PROJECT <br />EXPERIENCE <br />We provide project management and acquisition right-of-way services for a number of water related projects <br />involving Levee construction and restoration, reservoirs and flood control. We work closely with project teams <br />to identify and coordinate all right-of-way activities. Our project planning and scheduling assess water related <br />acquisition factors and timelines that may require complex acquisitions, mitigations and coordination with <br />stakeholders and partner agencies. <br />Marysville Ring Levee Project: <br />Managed project and coordinated appraisal, acquisition services, escrow services and land rights support for <br />utility relocations. Obtained permits to enter for environmental surveys if needed, reviewing Legal descriptions to <br />ensure project requirements and develop options to avoid or mitigate impacts to the project schedule. <br />Hamilton City Phase 2B Levee Construction & Restoration <br />Project 2018: <br />Managed delivery of appraisal and acquisition services on behalf of RD 2140. Worked closely with project team <br />to identify and coordinate all right-of-way activities including title reports and developing options to mitigate <br />complex acquisitions and impacts to project schedule_ <br />Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency (SAFCA) 2018: <br />Provided right of way management for various Levee improvement projects. Assisted in the preparation of a right- <br />of-way acquisition plan and project charter for each construction phase. Prepared a baseline scope and managed <br />the acquisition process with the State Department of Water Resources (DWR) and SAFCA. <br />Feather River West Levee Rehabilitation Project: <br />Ensured compliance with US Army Corps of Engineers and Federal Emergency Management Agency <br />requirements. Planned and managed project activities including Land rights analysis, title review; encroachment <br />clearances, acquisition (under possibility of condemnation), title clearance and public outreach. <br />Sites Reservoir Project: <br />Right-of-way consulting services including public outreach: project management; systems development; policy <br />and protocol; initial community engagement, parcel research, field access; public outreach. impact analysis; cost <br />studies; budgeting, risk management and coordinating project teams - engineering, environmental, geotechnicaL. <br />a <br />PROPOSALTO <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, RFP a.; <br />25D-135 <br />22 <br />
