<br />Donahue, Senior Managing Director of Integra Realty Resources— Orange
<br />County, has provided real estate appraisal services in Southern California
<br />continuously since 1977. Mr. Donahue has previously held management positions

<br />Landauer Associates. From 1992 to 1999, Mr. Donahue was a Principal in the firm
<br />of Schmitz, Rtach & Donahue before leaving to open Integra's original Orange
<br />County office. Mr. Donahue rejoined Integra to manage the office when Beth
<br />Firestone, Managing Director for and a principal of Integra Realty Resources —Los
<br />Angeles, acquired the former Kiley Company; a long-established and highly
<br />regarded valuation firm based in Orange County.
<br />Property types which he has appraised include off ex, buildings, shopping centers, industrial buildings,
<br />apartment and condominium complexes (including affordable housing projects), subdivisions, mobile
<br />home parks, hotels, motels, restaurants, healthcare properties, religious facilities, golf courses, car
<br />washes, schools and colleges, parking structures, tmnsrtbriented development projects, shipping
<br />terminals and other types of waterfront property, industrial, commercial and residential acreage,
<br />agricultural land, mountainous and hillside acreage, heachfront homes and utility and transportation
<br />corridors (in fee and as easements), designated open space, and single-family residences including
<br />beachfront homes and major estates.
<br />He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Historyfrom the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He is a
<br />past instructor of the Appraisal Institute's USPAP course and seminars, has provided murethan 30 years
<br />of volunteer service to the Appraisal Institute, and served as President of the Southern California
<br />Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and a member of the organization's National Board of Directors;
<br />serving on the Executive Committee and Chair of the Audit Committee. The southern California Chapter
<br />recently recognized Mr. Donahue with the Bert L Thornton Professional Service Award in recognition of
<br />"nwrny years of unselfish dedication to the Appruisd Institute and its professional goals and for
<br />exemplary conduct displayed during his professional coreer" .
<br />Mr. Donahue has given expert testimony in federal and superior courts. He also provides appraisal
<br />reviews and consultation services when needed.
<br />Beth B. Finestone, MAI, AI-GRS, FRICS, CRE
<br />Ms. Firestone, Managing Director for and a principal of Integra Realty Resources —
<br />' Orange County has been with the firm since 2004 and has been appraising in
<br />Southern California since 1981. She has specialized in valuation and consulting
<br />services related to public agency and right-of-way clients and for major, investment -
<br />grade commercial properties, e.g., office, industrial, retail, mufti family, land, and
<br />special purpose properties, for over30years. Ms.Finestonealsohasexpertisein
<br />valuing large tracts of land for mitigation and other purposes, including conservation
<br />easements.
<br />Ms. Firestone previously held senior positions with Flnesrone & Associates and
<br />Cushman&Wakefield of California. At Finestone& Associates from 1996 through 2003, she specialized
<br />in real estate appraisal, valuation and consulting services with focus on preparation of appraisals for
<br />industrial,commercial, and special purpose properties. This Toms included consultation services, due
<br />diligence work, litigation support, and expert witness designation.
<br />At Cushman & Wakefield of California, Inc. from 1983 through 1996, Ms. Firestone was in the Orange
<br />County Appraisal Services Group, specializing in real estate valuation and consulting. Bythe end of her
<br />tenure, she was responsible for the management the Orange County Valuation Advisory Services Group,
<br />including preparation and review of appraisal reports, business development, consulting and litigation
<br />work management and coordination of multi -property assignmentsand national accounts, professional
<br />staff development, and supportstaff supervision.
<br />Ms. Finestone s services include a wide range of specialized studies including value diminution [from
<br />both internal and external influences], market demand, feasibility, severance damages and project
<br />benefits, investment analysis, assessment allocation, reuse analysis, and the valuation of partial
