<br />Ms. Firestone, Executive Director and owner of Integra Realty Resources — Orange County (IRR —
<br />Orange County), opened the firm on August 1, 2019, by purchasing Elizabeth M. Kiley, Inc. dba Kiley
<br />Co. At IRR — OC Ms. Firestone is responsible for the day to day operations of the firm, including all
<br />financial aspects of the Company, as well as staff development, quality control and business
<br />development. Ms. Firestone prepares appraisal reports on properties with complex valuation issues
<br />and acts a s a consultant for many of her long-term clients.
<br />Ms. Firestone is also the Managing Director for Integra Realty Resources — Loa Angeles (IRR — Los
<br />Angeles), a separately owned and operated company from IRR — OC. Ms. Firestone has been an
<br />appraiser with IRR — Los Angeles since 2004 and has been appraising in Southern California since
<br />1981. She has specialized in valuation and consulting services related to public agency clients and for
<br />major, investmentgradecommercial properties, e.g., office, industrial, retail, multifamily, land, and
<br />special purpose properties, for over 35 years. Ms. Firestone has also been very active isthe appraisal
<br />of land, both entitled and unentitled. She has been involved in the appraisal of open space land, land
<br />for mitigation purposes and valuing various types of land forconservation easement purposes.
<br />Ms. Firestone was the past president in 2019 for the Southern California Chapter of the Appraisal
<br />Institute (SCCAI), the largest Appraisal Institute chapter in the United States. She also holds the AI-GRS
<br />designation of the Appraisal Institute. In addition, she is a fellow of the RICS {past board member) and
<br />is also a member of the CRE and of the IRWA. She has been honored locally for her professional
<br />accomplishments. In May 2009, she was a fos Angeles Business Journal nominee for Executive of the
<br />Year —Women Makinga Difference. In October2o06 Ms. Firestone was honored as one of Real Estate
<br />Southern California's 2006 Women of Influence for contributions to commercial real estate and
<br />devotion to community enrichment.
<br />Ms. Firestone's clients include public agencies, right of way firms, lenders, institutional investors,
<br />major corporations, law firms, and individual property owners. Her services include a wide range
<br />of specialized studies including value diminution (from both internal and external influences),
<br />market demand, feasibility, severance damages and project benefits, investment analysis,
<br />assessment allocation, reuse analysis, and the valuation of partial interests including leasehold,
<br />leased fee, possessory interests, and minority interests.
