<br />Availability: 40% Seth has over 18 successful years of experience
<br />in the Title Insurance industry. His excellent skills in research and
<br />examination of property production documentation makes him an
<br />asset to any team. He has exceptional organizational, analytical,
<br />and customer service skills. Seth has been an accomplished Title
<br />Officer who works with staff members dealing with daily title
<br />processing operations.
<br />Availability: 40% Mark has over 15 years of appraisal experience
<br />and is proficient in appraisal of commercial, industrial, and
<br />residential properties. He has managed and reviewed multiple large
<br />linear infrastructure projects from preliminary budgeting and risk
<br />management through valuation and acquisition. He is experienced in
<br />the Uniform Relocation and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act,
<br />state eminent domain law, valuation of vacant land (both unentitled
<br />and entitled) with or without biologically sensitive habitat. He has
<br />appraised several large industrial complexes, retail centers, office
<br />properties, and apartment complexes.
<br />Availability: 45% James has 24 years of professional experience as
<br />a Project Manager, Party Chief, and Mapping Manager. His
<br />extensive experience includes performing field calculations, right of
<br />way and boundary surveys, and mapping. He has organized,
<br />managed, and executed QA/QC plans and has managed a broad
<br />range of assignments for various projects requiring extensive
<br />knowledge of land surveying and mapping. Mr. Rios routinely
<br />supervises the technical work of CAD drafters for the submission of
<br />final drawings, submittals, and specifications for approval. He also
<br />oversees and coordinates efforts in all aspects of land surveying,
<br />including research and analysis, title reports, rights of way,
<br />easements, ALTA surveys, topography, and construction staking.
<br />Availability: 45% Chris brings 34 years of professional experience
<br />and is an Office Surveyor/Certified Party Chief with Towill, Inc. His
<br />background includes design surveys, construction staking, corridor
<br />control surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, HDS surveys,
<br />right of way monumentation, and topographical surveys. Mr.
<br />Johnson has also performed GPS data reduction, least squares
<br />adjustments, final mapping, and CAD drafting tasks for topographic
<br />and boundary surveys. He is knowledgeable in the use of
<br />MicroStation, Bentley InRoads, and Trimble survey instrumentation
<br />and software, and has a strong working knowledge of Caltrans
<br />standards.
<br />Availability: 40% William preforms residential property, commercial
<br />property, industrial property, vacant land, agricultural, and special
<br />purpose appraisals. Some special purposes appraisals include
<br />partial takings for road rights of way, easements, leasehold estates,
<br />possessory interest, historical appraisals, etc. He has also
<br />participated in various arbitration hearings as witness and arbitrator.
