EXHIBIT D <br />BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES <br />("BMPs" Fact Sheets) <br />Best Management Practices can be found at: http://www.ocwatersheds.coin/documents/ in <br />which website may change from time to time. <br />BMPs apply to the Project and BMPs also apply to Developer and its subcontractors, <br />therefore Developer shall be responsible and shall cause its subcontractors to be responsible <br />for implementing and complying with all BMP Fact Sheet requirements that apply to <br />construction activity with respect to the Project, and also including, without limiting the <br />generality of the foregoing, site preparation, landscaping, installation of utilities, street <br />construction or improvement and grading or filling in or on the Property.
