Harris Computer Corporation Second Amendment <br />to Agreement - Exercise of Second of 2 One (1) Year Extension Options <br />Dear Jeffrey Sumner, <br />Pursuant to the Third Amendment to Agreement (A-2019-135), entered into between System Innovators, A <br />Division of N. Harris Computer Corporation, dated August 20, 2019, the Santa Ana City Council exercised the <br />first year of the previously authorized two-year optional agreement extension, effective for the period Januaryl, <br />2020 through December 31, 2020 and re -authorized a second additional one-year extension option for the <br />period of Januaryl, 2021 through December 31, 2021. The City having previously exercised the first extension <br />option, now herewith exercises the second one (1) year extension option. Accordingly, the term of this second <br />extension shall begin 12 am. on January 1, 2021 and end on 12 a.m. January 1, 2022.
