ATTACHMENT 7 PROPOSER'S CERTIFICATION FORM CERTIFICATION OF RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RFP No. 20-126 1. The undersigned hereby submits its Response to Request for Proposals quotation and, by doing so, agrees to furnish services to the City in accordance with the Request for Proposals (RFP), dated October 1, 2020 and to be bound by the terms and conditions of the RFP and any subsequent Addenda to said RFP. 2. This firm has carefully reviewed its response and understands and agrees that the City is not responsible for any errors or omissions on the part of the proposer and that the proposer is responsible for them. 3. It is understood and agreed that the City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses and to waive any informality or irregularity in any quotation received by the City. 4. The response includes all of the commentary, figures and data required by the Request for Proposal, dated October 1, 2020 together with any Addenda subsequently issued thereto. 5. This firm has carefully read and fully understands all of the items contained in the Section XIV [General Terms & Conditions].
