DTT collection by parcel number, a data point in the software can be made available to <br />include the DTT collection amount beginning with the 2020 calendar year sales. <br />The Property Tax Web -based software will not include the business name, business <br />license number or CDTFA permit information. This response to this proposal for property <br />tax services does not include these additional revenue services and HdLCC does not have <br />access to this data for inclusion in the Property Tax geographically based revenue <br />information application. <br />LEGISLATION MONITORING <br />HdLCC will monitor and report on issues related to property tax legislation and coordinate <br />with City's staff in connection with passed and potential property tax legislation and <br />regulations and the impact this legislation may have on City or Successor Agency revenue <br />patterns. Any coordination required with City's state and federal lobbyists in connection <br />for legislation/regulation relating to City's property tax revenue sources will be <br />considered. <br />3. PROPERTY TAX REPORTING SERVICES <br />We currently have over 200 unique reports available that have been designed to help <br />inform our clients and assist them in explaining and illustrating trends and concepts to <br />other staff, City Council and the public. HdLCC will provide the following reports based <br />on the 2020-21 lien date rolls and will provide the reports annually, quarterly or monthly <br />as appropriate. Reports are also available from prior years if needed. These reports are <br />available in pdf, Microsoft Word and Excel formats for use in staff presentations. <br />Page 117 <br />
