The parties entered into Agreement No. A-2019-179, dated October 1, 2019, by which <br />Consultant agreed to provide maintenance, programming, network support, and SCADA- <br />related information technology services for the Water Resources Division of the Public <br />Works Agency ("Agreement'). <br />B. The Agreement remains in effect through September 30, 2022, with provision for extension. <br />C. The parties now wish to expand the scope of work and increase the amount to be expended <br />under the Agreement in consideration of the expanded scope. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 1, Scope of Services, is amended to include the scope of services described on Exhibit <br />A. <br />2. Section 2.a., Compensation, is amended to increase the total sum to be expended under the <br />term of the Agreement, including any extension periods, by $473,250 for the expanded scope <br />of services above. <br />3.
