EXHIBIT A COMMUNITY BENEFIT AND SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES PLAN No Stress Genetics' goal is to actively contribute to the effort to rejuvenate the community in Santa Ana by giving back. No Stress Genetics believes that as a community -forward local business, it can and should have a critical role in the quality of life to the community and provide an important and necessary service. Throughout the current Covid-19 pandemic crisis, legal cannabis businesses have been designated by the State of California as essential for the important and necessary role they play for the health and welfare of their patients and customers. No Stress Genetics will provide safe access to cannabis products used by patients and customers in many instances for their medical and health benefits. By providing local licensed cannabis businesses safe access to clean, tested, and regulatorily compliant cannabis flower, No Stress genetic will help to limit unnecessary travel and movement and facilitate patients and customers to be able to safely access products in the legal market and avoid potentially untested and unsafe products in the unregulated Marketplace. No Stress Genetics also believes that it has an important fiduciary obligation to be a "good neighbor" and corporate citizen and provide benefits to its community as part of its health and public welfare mission. No Stress Genetics will support our local community in Santa Ana at all levels of its organization. Our senior management will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our community benefit plans including designating the programs or activities to be included in the plan, allocating the resources, and ensuring its regular evaluation. No Stress Genetics will support its local community for the benefit of the public with the following services and goals for community benefit, engagement, and protection: Event & Charity Sponsorship of Local Community Organizations promoting public benefit and social welfare and equity. No Stress Genetics plans to work with the following Santa Ana Based organizations. - Santa Ana Armory - The Courtyard - WISEPIace - Mercy House - Serving Kids Hope - Goodwill Of Orange County • No Stress Genetics Charity drives will include: - Canned Food Drive for Thanksgiving - Toy Drive for Christmas - Winter Clothes Drive for Winter Seasons - Various Food Drives throughout the calendar year • Staffing Plan to Prioritize Local Candidates for Employment with a goal to have at least half of all work hours be performed by local candidates residing within three miles of the business premises. • Full Compliance with all City and State Environmental Standards and Requirements and with a goal of minimizing waste and limiting emissions. • Fair Pay and Full Employee Benefits for Workers, including Local Community Members. • Policies against all forms of Prohibited Discrimination on the basis of Race, Sex, Gender Identity, Sexual Orientation, Disability, Nationality, Age, and all other forms of discrimination against legally protected classes of persons. • Covid-19 Safety Protocols and Procedures Meeting or Exceeding all Local and State Requirements and in full compliance with CDC guidelines for protecting employees and guests against risk of exposure to Covid-19. • Paid Time Off for all Employees and Staff for Covid-19 Vaccinations when available and Election Day voting, if requested to help protect the community and for the benefit of civic engagement.
