SPECIAL PROPERTY COVERAGE FORM <br />(2) We will reduce the amount of your <br />Business Income loss, other than <br />Extra Expense, to the extent you can <br />resume 'operations", in whole or in <br />part, by using any other available: <br />(a) Source of materials; or <br />(b) Outlet for your products. <br />(3) If you do not resume 'operations", or <br />do not resume 'operations" as quickly <br />as possible, we will pay based on the <br />length of time it would have taken to <br />resume 'operations" as quickly as <br />possible. <br />(4) Dependent Property means property <br />owned, leased or operated by others <br />whom you depend on to: <br />(a) Deliver materials or services to <br />you or to others for your account. <br />But services do not include: <br />(i) Water, communication, power <br />services or any other utility <br />services; or <br />(ii) Any type of web site, or <br />Internet service. <br />(b) Accept your products or services; <br />(c) Manufacture your products for <br />delivery to your customers under <br />contract for sale; or <br />(d) Attract customers to your business <br />premises. <br />The dependent property must be <br />located in the coverage territory of this <br />policy. <br />(5) The coverage period for Business <br />Income under this Additional Coverage: <br />(a) Begins 72 hours after the time of <br />direct physical loss or physical <br />damage caused by or resulting <br />from a Covered Cause of Loss at <br />the premises of the dependent <br />property; and <br />(b) Ends on the date when the property <br />at the premises of the dependent <br />property should be repaired, rebuilt <br />or replaced with reasonable speed <br />and similar quality. <br />(6) The Business Income coverage <br />period, as stated in Paragraph (5), <br />does not include any increased period <br />required due to the enforcement of any <br />ordinance or law that: <br />Page 12 of 25 <br />(a) Regulates the construction, use or <br />repair, or requires the tearing <br />down of any property; or <br />(b) Requires any insured or others to <br />test for, monitor, clean up, remove, <br />contain, treat, detoxify, or neutralize, <br />or in any way respond to, or assess <br />the effects "pollutants." <br />(7) The definition of Business Income <br />contained in the Business Income <br />Additional Coverage also applies to <br />this Business Income From Dependent <br />Properties Additional Coverage. <br />It. Tenant Glass <br />This Additional Coverage applies only to <br />premises where you are a tenant and are <br />responsible in the lease for such damage. <br />We will cover loss to glass, which is in your <br />care, custody or control and for which the <br />lease holds you responsible. The glass <br />must be part of a building described in the <br />Declarations or at a location that would be <br />included in Coverage Extension b. Newly <br />Acquired or Constructed Property. <br />The most that we will pay in any one <br />occurrence for each location under this <br />Additional Coverage is $25,000. <br />u. Leasehold Improvements <br />If your lease is cancelled in accordance with <br />a valid lease provision as the direct result of a <br />Covered Cause of Loss to property at the <br />location in which you are a tenant, and you <br />cannot legally remove "Tenant Improvements <br />and Betterments", we will extend Business <br />Personal Property coverage to apply to the <br />unamortized value of "Tenants Improvement <br />and Betterment" that remain and that you <br />were forced to abandon. <br />The most we will pay in any one <br />occurrence for loss under this Additional <br />Coverage is $25,000. <br />v. Lease Assessment <br />Your Business Personal Property is extended <br />to apply to your share of any assessment <br />charged to all tenants by the building owner <br />as a result of direct physical damage caused <br />by or resulting from a Covered Cause of Loss <br />to building property you occupy as agreed to <br />in your written lease agreement. <br />We will pay no more than $2,500 in any one <br />occurrence for this Additional Coverage. <br />ew cF RAMwagementDMsian <br />Jy/\'x REVIEWED & APPROVED BY.- <br />V"° <br />--� Risk janagement Analyst <br />
