directors, trustees, authorized <br />representatives or anyone to whom you <br />entrust the property for any purpose: <br />(1) Acting alone or in collusion with <br />others; or <br />(2) Whether or not occurring during the <br />hours of employment. <br />This exclusion does not apply to acts of <br />destruction by your employees; but theft <br />by employees is not covered. <br />f. False Pretense: Voluntary parting with <br />any property by you or anyone else to <br />whom you have entrusted the property if <br />induced to do so by any fraudulent <br />scheme, trick, device or false pretense. <br />g. Exposed Property: Rain, snow, ice or <br />sleet to personal property in the open, <br />except as provided in the Coverage <br />Extension for Outdoor Property. <br />h. Collapse: Collapse, except as provided in <br />the Additional Coverage for Collapse. But <br />if loss or damage by a Covered Cause of <br />Loss results at the "scheduled premises", <br />we will pay for that resulting loss or <br />damage. <br />i. Pollution: We will not pay for loss or <br />damage caused by or resulting from the <br />discharge, dispersal, seepage, migration, <br />release or escape of "pollutants and <br />contaminants" unless the discharge, <br />dispersal, seepage, migration, release or <br />escape is itself caused by any of the <br />"specified causes of loss." But if physical <br />loss or physical damage by the "specified <br />causes of loss" results, we will pay for the <br />resulting physical loss or physical damage <br />caused by the "specified cause of loss." <br />Form SS 00 61 07 19 <br />C. Definition 4., "Data", of Section G., PROPERTY <br />DEFINITIONS is deleted and replaced with the <br />following. <br />4. "Electronic data" means information, facts or <br />computer programs stored as or on, created <br />or used on, or transmitted to or from computer <br />software (including systems and applications <br />software), on hard or floppy disks, CD-ROMs, <br />tapes, drives, cells, data processing devices <br />or any other repositories of computer software <br />which are used with electronically controlled <br />equipment. The term computer programs, <br />referred to in the foregoing description of <br />electronic data, means a set of related <br />electronic instructions which direct the <br />operations and functions of a "computer" or <br />device connected to it, which enable the <br />"computer" or device to receive, process, <br />store, retrieve or send data. <br />"Electronic data" it is not considered physical <br />property under this Coverage Part and is <br />covered only as expressly provided for in this <br />Coverage Part.
