THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />STANDARD PROPERTY COVERAGE FORM <br />SPECIAL PROPERTY COVERAGE FORM <br />This coverage applies only when it is indicated in the <br />Declarations. The provisions of this policy apply to the <br />coverage stated in this endorsement, except as <br />indicated below. <br />A. We will pay for direct physical loss of or physical <br />damage to all outdoor signs at the "scheduled <br />premises": <br />(1) Owned by you; or <br />(2) Owned by others but in your care, custody and <br />control. <br />B. Paragraph A.3., Covered Causes of Loss, and <br />Section B., Exclusions, do not apply, to this Optional <br />Coverage, except for: <br />(1) Governmental Action; <br />(2) Nuclear Hazard; and <br />(3) War and Military Action. <br />Form SS 04 44 07 05 <br />C. Additional Exclusion <br />We will not pay for physical loss or physical damage <br />caused by or resulting from: <br />(1) Wear and tear; <br />(2) Hidden or latent defect; <br />(3) Rust; <br />(4) Corrosion; or <br />(5) Mechanical breakdown. <br />D. Limit of Insurance <br />The most we will pay for physical loss or physical <br />damage in any one occurrence is the Limit of <br />Insurance for Outdoor Signs shown in the <br />Declarations. <br />E.
