b. The reasonable cost to research, replace or <br />restore the lost information. <br />H. Section B. Exclusions does not apply to this <br />Optional Coverage except for: <br />(1) Governmental Action; <br />(2) Nuclear Hazard; and <br />(3) War and Military Action. <br />I.
