THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />OFF -PREMISES UTILITY SERVICES - DIRECT DAMAGE <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />STANDARD PROPERTY COVERAGE FORM <br />SPECIAL PROPERTY COVERAGE FORM <br />Except as otherwise stated in this endorsement, the B. ADDITIONAL DEFINITIONS <br />terms and conditions of the policy apply to the 1. "Water Supply Services", meaning the <br />insurance stated below. following types of property supplying water to <br />the "scheduled premises": <br />A. DIRECT DAMAGE EXTENSION FOR OFF- a. Pumping stations; and <br />PREMISES UTILITY SERVICES <br />This Coverage Extension applies only to the <br />"scheduled premises" shown in the Declarations <br />with a Utility Services Limit of Insurance. The <br />Utility Services Limit of Insurance is part of, not in <br />addition to, the Limit of Insurance stated in the <br />Declarations as applicable to the Covered <br />Property. <br />We will pay for direct physical loss of or physical <br />damage to Covered Property described in the <br />Declarations caused by the interruption of utility <br />service to the "scheduled premises". The <br />interruption must result from direct physical loss or <br />physical damage by a Covered Cause of Loss to <br />the following property, not on the "scheduled <br />premises": <br />1. "Water Supply Services"; <br />2. "Communication Supply Services"; or <br />3. "Power Supply Services". <br />Form SS 40 18 07 05 <br />b. Water mains. <br />2. "Communication Supply Services", <br />meaning property supplying communication <br />services, including telephone, radio, <br />microwave or television services, including <br />overhead transmission lines to the "scheduled <br />premises", such as: <br />a. Communication transmission lines, <br />including optic fiber transmission lines; <br />b. Coaxial cables; and <br />c. Microwave radio relays except satellites. <br />3. "Power Supply Services", meaning the <br />following types of property supplying <br />electricity, steam or gas, including overhead <br />transmission lines to the "scheduled <br />premises": <br />a.
