THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />EMPLOYEE BENEFITS LIABILITY - OCCURRENCE <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />-IIb'iI►1**21l_1-]IIIVC0160= GL'[r1=1111MOINIT, <br />If shown in the Declarations as applicable, the following b. We will have the right and duty to <br />defend the insured against any "suit" <br />seeking those damages. However, we will <br />have no duty to defend the insured against <br />any "suit" seeking damages to which this <br />insurance does not apply. We may at our <br />discretion, investigate any act, error or <br />omission and settle any "claim" or "suit" <br />that my result. But: <br />(1) The amount we will pay for "damages" <br />is limited as described in SECTION D - <br />LIMITS OF INSURANCE; and <br />(2) Our right and duty to defend ends when <br />we have used up the applicable limit of <br />insurance in the payment of judgments <br />or settlements. <br />No other obligation or liability to pay <br />sums or perform acts or services is <br />covered unless explicitly provided for <br />under subsection 3. Coverage <br />Extension - Supplementary Payments <br />(SECTION A — COVERAGES) of the <br />Business Liability Coverage Form. <br />(2) The "employee benefits injury" is <br />committed during the policy period. <br />c. All "claims" for damages made by an <br />"employee" because of an "employee <br />benefits injury", or a series of related <br />"employee benefits injuries", including <br />damages claimed by such "employee's" <br />dependents and beneficiaries, will be <br />deemed to constitute a single "claim" for <br />purposes of application of the Each Claim <br />Limit of liability. <br />2. For purposes of the coverage provided by this <br />endorsement, subsection 3. Coverage <br />Extension — Supplementary Payments, <br />paragraphs 3.a.(2) and 3.b. (SECTION A — <br />COVERAGES) do not apply. <br />B. EXCLUSIONS <br />SECTION B — EXCLUSIONS is amended to add the <br />following: <br />3. Applicable to Employee Benefits Liability <br />This insurance does not apply to: <br />a.
