Suite 1 (Westend Substation) <br />Dear Mr. Kelter <br />On July 27. 2020. the City provided notice to Rio Vista of its intent to renew this lease which was set to <br />expire on October 31. 2020, as detailed in the Panics first extension of the lease (A-2018-212-01). Since <br />November 1. 2020. the City has continued its use of the leased property referenced above. Pursuant to <br />Section 45, regarding amendments signed by the Parties. and Section 49 of Exhibit'9" (--Option to Renew-) <br />of Agreement No. A-2018-212 entered into by Rio Vista West, LLC and the City of Santa Ana, dated July <br />1. 2018. the Parties agree to extend the time period of said Agreement for an additional one (1) year period. <br />from November 1. 2020 to October 31. 2021. In addition. as provided under Section 49. rent shall be based <br />upon Option 2 ($2.782 per month). The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed <br />to cover this extension.
