exercises. The ASAUA Homeland Security Regional Training and Exercise Program
<br />Manager will assist Contractor with the submission of requests for approval.
<br />C. All exercises must be conducted in a manner which adheres to all applicable state and federal
<br />guidelines, including exercise design and development guidelines outlined in the HSEEP.
<br />D. When conducting seminars, workshops, tabletops, drills, functional and full-scale exercises,
<br />Contractor shall provide all required exercise consumables, printed materials, handouts, and
<br />other materials such as, but not limited to, exercise manuals, special effects, actor moulage,
<br />supplies, signage, etc. at its cost. The City shall not be billed nor will it accept requests for
<br />reimbursements and/or billing.
<br />E. Contractor shall provide and assign high quality personnel such as exercise designers,
<br />directors, controllers, evaluators, and support personnel on a consistent basis to deliver the
<br />specified seminars, workshops, tabletops, drills, functional, and full-scale exercises.
<br />F. Contractor shall provide all multi -media devices necessary for presentations during seminars,
<br />workshops, tabletops, drills, functional, full-scale exercises, and any planning meetings and
<br />conferences.
<br />G. Contractor and its exercise personnel shall provide immediate feedback to the City via the
<br />ASAUA Homeland Security Regional Training and Exercise Program Manger regarding all
<br />customer requests for new or additional services or to report complaints.
<br />H. Seminar, workshop, tabletop, drill, functional and full-scale exercise venues may be provided
<br />by the City or by hosting agencies based on the needs of the exercise. Contractor must be
<br />able to secure exercise sites at any of the jurisdictions within the ASAUA.
<br />I. Contractor is responsible for providing exercise materials and delivering it to the site(s) of
<br />all seminars, workshops, tabletops, drills, functional and full-scale exercises at its cost. The
<br />City shall not be billed nor will it accept requests for reimbursements and/or billing.
<br />J. Contractor may not charge the City for materials brought to the seminars, workshops,
<br />tabletops, drills, functional, and full-scale exercises that are not utilized.
<br />K. Contractor shall ensure that exercise participants are members of agencies or organizations
<br />located or operating within the ASAUA, or have been approved by the ASAUA Training &
<br />Exercise Program Manager or his designee.
<br />X. QUALIFICATIONS — HOMELAND SECURITY EXERCISE EXPERIENCE
<br />The following elements outline the type of experience and expertise proposers should possess
<br />related to the development and delivery of seminars, workshops, tabletops, drills, functional and
<br />full-scale exercises. Proposers will document their experience and expertise in their SOQs.
