Gain the skills needed to efficiently <br />communicate, manage tasks, coordinate activities, track business contacts, and organize <br />files with Microsoft Outlook. Communicate via e-mail by creating and receiving messages <br />and effectively using the Address Book, adding attachments and managing indexes. <br />Search for and display contact information quickly creates distribution -lists and use vCard <br />technology to send and receive contact information via the internet. Manage <br />appointments and calendars, plan and manage meeting and events and take charge of <br />tasks.
