13 <br />Enrollment and Admissions Procedures <br />Pre -Enrollment As a prospective student, you are encouraged to review this catalog prior to signing an <br />enrollment agreement. You are also encouraged to review the School Performance Fact <br />Sheet, which must be provided to you prior to signing an enrollment agreement. You <br />should review all tuition costs and charges, tuition discounts, and all costs incidental to <br />training to review prior to signing the agreement. These documents contain important <br />policies and performance data for this institution. This institution is required to have the <br />student sign and date the information included in the School Performance Fact Sheet <br />relating to completion rates, placement rates, license examination passage rates, and <br />salaries or wages, prior to signing the enrollment agreement. The student must read "I <br />certify that I have received the catalog, School Performance Fact Sheet, and information <br />regarding completion rates, placement rates, license examination passage rates, and salary <br />or wage information included in the School Performance Fact sheet, and have signed, <br />initialed, and dated the information provide in the School Performance Fact Sheet" in the <br />enrollment agreement. <br />Admissions Requirements <br />Requirements and • Be at least 18 years of age (past the age of compulsory education) <br />Enrollment Procedure Complete an <br />for Certificate, p application <br />Associate, and 0 Submit a non-refundable registration fee of $150 <br />Bachelor's Degree • Students must submit proof of no less than a high school credential, defined as a <br />Programs high school diploma issued by a state approved or accredited public or private, <br />high school or an equivalent credential in the U.S. Such equivalents include the <br />following: <br />1. The Certificate of Proficiency Equivalency Report as described on page 27 in <br />this catalog, based on completion of the High School Proficiency Examination <br />with satisfactory scores. <br />2. The California High School Equivalency Certificate (GED): applicant must have <br />a minimum score of 45 on each of the five sections and an overall score of 250 <br />or higher. <br />• Pass an entrance examination (except those applying for the EFL Program) <br />• Students enrolling in a program offered online must successfully complete an <br />Online Assessment Quiz and confirm they have or have access to equipment which <br />meets the online technology requirements. <br />• Satisfy additional requirements, for students enrolling in Computer/Real Estate <br />and Finance/General Contractor programs, as specified below. <br />• Complete all enrollment documents. <br />Programs Specific Entrance Requirements and Examinations <br />Certificate Programs of Computer / Real Estate and Finance / Contractor License: All <br />applicants to Learnet Academy must pass an Entrance Examination, the Scholastic Level <br />Exam (SLE). Testing must be completed prior to signing the enrollment agreement. Learnet <br />Academy uses the Wonderlic Scholastic Level Exam (SLE), a nationally recognized <br />standardized test that measures an applicant's potential for successfully completing the <br />program in which they plan to enroll. If the student does not receive a passing score, the <br />student may take the test again after seven days: there is limit to three times for retake. <br />The test shall be given by the institution on its premises.
