19 <br />Payment Default Upon default of tuition, Learnet Academy may declare the entire unpaid principal balance <br />on the student's Promissory Note and all accrued unpaid interest immediately due without <br />any written notice. The student is required to pay the entire amount due within 45 days. A <br />lender may hire or pay someone else to help collect this note if student does not pay. This <br />includes, subject to any limits under applicable law, lender's attorneys' fees and lender's <br />legal expenses whether or not there is a lawsuit, including attorneys' fees and legal <br />expenses for bankruptcy proceedings (including efforts to modify or vacate any automatic <br />stay or injunction), appeals, and any anticipated post -judgment collection services. Student <br />will also pay any court costs, in addition to all other sums provided by law. <br />Termination Learnet Academy has a right to terminate the students for any of the following reasons: <br />1. Violation of Code of Conduct <br />2. Failure to comply with the Academy's attendance or academic satisfactory <br />progress policies. <br />3. Failure to meet scheduled financial obligations to the Academy. <br />Students whose enrollment is terminated will be notified in writing and will be subject to <br />the Academy's refund policy. <br />Last Revision Date on December 12, 2020 <br />
