Fri <br />Test Out Evaluation Any student may request the opportunity to test out of a course, based on the student's <br />previous experience. The student must take the final exam for the course not more than 30 <br />days prior to the start of class. To receive course credit, the student must earn a score of at <br />least 70%. Courses <br />numbered 200 and higher are more specialized courses in terms of the topic within that <br />department. Courses that are to be taken consecutively are generally numerically <br />consecutive (ex. C101 and C102) unless indicated otherwise. Courses with a prerequisite <br />are listed in the course description and on the syllabus. <br />For Examples, <br />• Computers use a letter followed by three numbers. Example: C101 or D203. The <br />designations are C for general computer courses, N for network related courses, D <br />for data or database related courses, V is for visual, G is for graphics courses, and R <br />is for router related courses. <br />• Real Estate program use the letter B followed by three numbers such as B401 <br />• The General Contractor courses are designated by the license number for a <br />particular trade. For instance, C6 Cabinet, Millwork and Finish Carpentry <br />Contractor. These designations are determined by the California Contractors <br />Licensing Board. <br />• EFL programs are designated by the level of the course. Example: EFL for <br />Intermediate Students which has modules 3A Intermediate, 3B High Intermediate. <br />These are common designation for ESL and EFL programs. <br />Tardiness Learnet Academy encourages students to be on time for all activities, appointments, and <br />classes. Students who arrive more than 20 minutes late for class or who miss 20 minutes of <br />class time during any given class hour are recorded as incomplete and are considered <br />Last Revision Date on December 12, 2020 <br />
