SECTION V — DEFINITIONS, 13. is deleted and replaced by the following: "Occurrence" means an accident, including continuous or repeated exposure to substantially the same general harmful condltlons, and "medical incident". 3. The following definition is added to SECTION V — DEFINITIONS: "Medical Incident" means any act or omission in the furnishing or failure to furnish professional medical services by the Insured or any person acting under the personal direction, control, or supervision of the insured. Any such act or omission together with all related acts or omissions in the furnishing of such services to anyone person shall be considered one "medical incident". "Medical incident" does not include any actual, alleged or threatened emotional, physical, or sexual abuse of any patient or professional medioal services recipient.
