COMMERCIAL EXCESS LIABILITY <br />CX 21 16 04 13 <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />EXCLUSION - SILICA OR SILICA -RELATED DUST <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL EXCESS LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />A. The following exclusion is added to Paragraph 2. B. The following definitions are added to the <br />Exclusions of Section I — Coverages: Definitions section: <br />2. Exclusions <br />Insurance provided under this Coverage Part <br />does not apply to: <br />Silica Or Silica -related Dust <br />1. "Silica" means silicon dioxide (occurring in <br />crystalline, amorphous and impure forms), <br />silica particles, silica dust or silica <br />compounds. <br />a. "Injury or damage" arising, in whole or in 2. "Silica -related dust" means a mixture or <br />part, out of the actual, alleged, threatened combination of silica and other dust or <br />or suspected inhalation of, ingestion of, <br />particles. <br />contact with, exposure to, existence of, <br />or presence of, "silica" or "silica -related <br />dust". <br />b.
