Who Is An Insured <br />(continued) <br />Partnerships Or Joint If you are apurinership (including a limited liability partnership) or a joint venture,. you are an <br />Ventures insured, Your members, your partners and their spouses are Insureds; but they are insureds only <br />with respect to theconduct of your business. <br />Limited Liability if you are a limited liability company, you am an insured, Your members and their spouses are <br />Companies insureds; but they are insureds only with respect to the conduct of your business, Your managers <br />are brsureds; but they a, insureds only with respect to their duties as your managers, <br />Other Organizations Ifyou am an organization.(including a professional corporation) other than a partuership,joint <br />venture or limited liability company, you are an insured.
