Policy Exclusions

<br />Nuclear Energy A. This insurance does not apply to bodily injury, nuclear property damage, advertising
<br />injury or personal injury:
<br />1, with respect to whicb any insuredunder this policy also has status as an Insured under
<br />a nuclear energy liability policy issued by Nuclear Energy Liability Insurance
<br />Association, Mutual, Atomic Energy Liability Underwriters, Nuclear Insurance
<br />Association of Canada or any of their successors, or would have had status as an
<br />Insured under any such policy but for its termination upon exhaustion of its limit of
<br />Insurance; or
<br />2, arising out.of the nuclear hazardous properties of nuclear material and with
<br />respect to which:
<br />a any person or organization is requiredto maintain financialprotecdon pursuant
<br />to the United States of America. Atomic Energy Act of 1954, or any law.
<br />amendatory thereof; or
<br />b, the tnaured is, or had this policy not been issued would be, entitled to
<br />indemnity from the United States of America, or any agency thereof, under any
<br />agreement entered into by the United States of America, or any agency thereof,
<br />with any person or organization.,
<br />This insurance does not apply to bodily injury, nuclear property damage, advertising
<br />injury or personal injury arising out of the nuclear hazardous properties of nuclear
<br />material;
<br />1. if the nuclear material;
<br />a, is at any nuclear facilityowned by, or operated by or on bcbalf of, any
<br />im nred;
<br />b. has been discharged or dispersed therefrom; or
<br />e, is contained in nuclear spent fuel or nuclear waste at any time transported,
<br />handled, stored, disposed of, processed, treated, possessed or used by or on
<br />behalf of any insured; or
<br />2, in any way related to the furnishing by any insured of services, materials, parts or
<br />equipment in connection with the planning, construction, maintenance, operation or
<br />use of any nuclear facility, But if such facility is located within the United States of
<br />America (including its possessions or territories) or Canada, this subparagrapb 2.
<br />applies only to nuclear property damage to such nuclear facility and any property
<br />thereat.
<br />Pollution A. This insuranec does not apply to bodily injury, property damage, advertising injury or
<br />Personal `injury arising out of the actual, alleged or threatened discharge, dispersal, seepage,
<br />migration, release or escape of pollutants;
