The Grantee certifies that it is a local public agency (i.e., one of the following: a city, county, city and county, <br />district, or a joint powers authority comprised entirely of local public agencies). <br />2. The Grantee certifies that this Project Is intended to achieve one of the purposes set forth in Public Resources <br />Code section 75050.2(a). <br />3. The Grantee certifies that any real property or interests In real property acquired for this Project shall be <br />acquired from a willing seller. <br />4. The Grantee certifies that it is providing a match in the amount of at least 20% of the total Project cost (see <br />Round 2 Guidelines, page 3), <br />5. The Grantee certifies that in no event will it complete this Project later than Au^o t-� , June 30, <br />2017. It acknowledges that this condition is a material condition of this Agreement. <br />
