Church owns a certain parcel of real property <br />o <br />located generally at the northwest corner of Second and <br />Bristol Streets, more particularly described on attached <br />o <br />"Exhibit A" and herein called "Church Property I." <br />n <br />fl <br />B. Church also owns a certain parcel of real prop- <br />erty located on Second Street west of Bristol and described <br />+ <br />as Lot 2 in Block A of Goldmith's addition to the Town <br />s <br />of Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book <br />0 <br />31, Page 23, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, <br />California, and herein called "Church Property II." <br />s <br />o <br />C. City owns a certain parcel of real property <br />L <br />located generally at the northwest corner of First and <br />Bristol Streets, more particularly described on attached <br />s <br />"Exhibit B" and herein called "City Property." <br />c <br />v <br />D. Henry J. Oxnard owns a certain parcel of real <br />property located at the southwest corner of Bristol and <br />Second Streets, more particularly described as Lot 1 in <br />a, <br />Block D of Goldsmith's addition to the Town of Santa Ana, <br />v <br />as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 31, page 23, <br />Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, <br />o <br />and herein called "Oxnard Property." <br />a <br />E. The parties enter into this Agreement for the <br />purpose of providing for the exchange of title to Church <br />Property I and City Property and providing for the purchase <br />by the Church of the Oxnard Property if and at such time <br />as the City hereafter acquires title thereto. As part <br />of City plans to widen Bristol Street north of First <br />Street, it may be necessary at some future time for the <br />City to acquire the Oxnard Property. After deduct- <br />ing the area needed for street purposes, the remaining <br />area will have a depth measured from Bristol Street of <br />approximately 26 feet.
